Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that are damaged due to misuse, worn, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If you have received the wrong item or your product was damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos as proof.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@alzifaya.shop or message us via WhatsApp. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (in case of damaged or incorrect items). Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you change your mind or no longer want the item, the return shipping will be your responsibility.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are made via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Please note: Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit only.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Earrings
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
